Cuvée A signed Drouilly LV is an elegant champagne with fine bubbles and aromas of white-fleshed fruits.

Made from Chardonnay grape variety, this champagne offers a very nice freshness in the mouth carried by an elegant and lively attack.

This Blanc de blancs aged in barrels has aged for at least 48 months on the lees and enjoyed a 3-month rest after disgorging before being offered for sale. This long maturation, preceded by a malolactic fermentation, allowed this champagne to round out its aromas.

The result is a real winegrower's champagne cut for your aperitifs or to accompany beautiful oysters.
