RR Blanc de Blancs - Lancelot Royer champagne - Côte des Blancs: It is difficult for us to offer you one of our boxes without featuring one of the emblematic Blanc de Blancs from our selection. The RR signed Lancelot Royer is making a comeback with its mineral and fruity 100% Chardonnay.
Brut – champagne Philippe Fays – Celles-sur-Ource – Côte des Bar: A 100% pinot noir for this champagne coming straight from the south of Champagne. 8 g/l of sugar for a promise of conviviality and roundness.
Tradition – Christian Naudé champagne – Charly-sur-Marne – Marne Valley: An emblematic of its region recognized for its blanc de noirs champagnes (white wine made from black-skinned grapes). 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir for this balanced and fruity champagne. A real safe bet gold medalist has many times.
Tradition Grand Cru – champagne Pierson Cuvelier – Louvois – Montagne de Reims: This Grand Cru is only made with the heart of the cuvée (the first and best juices from the harvest). 85% Pinot Noir (the king grape variety of the Montagne de Reims) and 15% Chardonnay for this harmonious, powerful champagne with remarkable length. A must in Champagne and in our selection!
Extra Brut – Gaudriller champagne – Montagne de Reims: a champagne with very developed aromas. It is distinguished by the power of its notes of blackberries and candied fruits. In the mouth, it is generous, endowed with a very nice tension and an unexpected length.
Tradition – champagne Bérat Schenk – Boursault – Vallée de la Marne: The Réserve Bérat Schenk cuvée is a blanc de noirs which is characterized by its strength, its roundness and its fruity bouquet. This makes it a perfect champagne for the aperitif. This Bérat Schenk champagne is made from Pinots Meunier exclusively from the village of Boursault (Vallée de la Marne).
