Alcohol-free sparkling wines

Although they cannot claim the Champagne appellation, these alcohol-free sparkling wines borrow its codes to deliver an experience focused on freshness, fine bubbles and balance.

Often perceived as simple and sweet, alcohol-free drinks are evolving towards much more refined profiles. The ones we offer are made from grapes, through a traditional wine that is then de-alcoholised, in order to preserve as much as possible the aromas and structure of the original wine.

The real challenge lies in balance: limiting sugar, preserving freshness and bringing tension, in a style close to certain low-dosage Champagnes such as Extra Brut, moving away from soda-like codes towards a more gastronomic approach. The result is drier, more precise profiles, with a pleasant mouthfeel and well-crafted bubbles.

A credible alternative to enjoy the pleasure of bubbles, without alcohol.

Alcohol-free, for what purpose, for whom?

At events, people who do not consume alcohol often have few truly qualitative alternatives. Long limited to sweet or poorly crafted drinks, alcohol-free options are now evolving to offer a more accomplished experience: de-alcoholised wines, kombucha, ginger beer, or even alcohol-free spirits.

This evolution is part of a broader trend. The alcohol-free beverage market is growing strongly, estimated at over $13 billion worldwide, with around 7% annual growth. In France, the momentum is even stronger: the market is growing by around 8% per year, with increases reaching 15 to 20% for de-alcoholised wines.

No, and that is normal. Without alcohol, the structure and length on the palate are different. However, the best products get closer to the experience: fine bubbles, freshness, fruity or slightly winey notes, with a carefully balanced profile designed to remain pleasant and not overly sweet.

All the products we offer are made from grapes, through a traditional wine that is then de-alcoholised. This method helps preserve much of the original wine’s aromas and structure, before rebalancing it to achieve a coherent, precise and enjoyable alcohol-free profile.

Not necessarily. The products we select specifically aim to limit sugar in order to avoid a “sweet drink” effect. The goal is to achieve a drier, fresher profile, similar to low-dosage Champagnes such as Extra Brut, and closer to a true tasting experience.

Like a classic sparkling wine: as an aperitif, with seafood, light dishes, or even certain lightly sweet desserts. Their freshness and lightness make them very versatile.

Well chilled, between 6 and 8°C, in a flute or a wine glass. As with Champagne, both temperature and glassware play an important role in the perception of aromas and bubbles.
