L'âme des Clos by Marchal Degesne is a champagne of character.
This cuvée is made from a blend of the main Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Meunier (40%), Pinot Noir (30%) and Chardonnay (30%).
It was vinified and then aged in oak barrels, which gives it complex notes and a wide variety of aromas, supported by a discreet dosage in brut (6.75 g/l).
This aromatic structure shows a great potential for ageing. The most impatient will be able to taste this gastronomic champagne today as an aperitif or with a mushroom risotto, braised abalone with mushrooms or a cheese omelette.
Note: edition limited to 720 bottles!
