This rosé by Marchal Degesne is a greedy and sunny champagne.

Brut by its dosage but soft on the palate, this 1er cru rosé will delight lovers of fruity and slightly greedy champagnes. A sunny champagne, it is an invitation to summer tables where the flavours of the south, the Mediterranean and the red fruits at the end of the meal mingle.

Red fruit tones and summery sparkle are on the menu with this convivial rosé.

This rosé results from a blend of white wine and 19% red wine, of which: 35% Pinot Meunier, 31% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay.

A long ageing period of 4 years in the cellar has given it a beautiful maturity underlined by a brut dosage (7.5 g/l).

Beyond the essential summer aperitif, we recommend tasting it with spicy or oriental dishes such as samoussas. It is also suitable for winter aperitifs and their salmon-based appetizers. Ideal for desserts with red fruits and little sugar.
