Difficult to resist this brut nature that impresses with complexity and depth.

It combines the natural tension and finesse of Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs with the power of Pinot Noirs from the southern Montagne de Reims.

Partial aging in barrels reveals the subtlety of these great Grand Cru terroirs. The resulting micro-oxidation adds complexity and a beautiful aromatic depth. Malolactic fermentation was blocked for 80% of the wines in this champagne to provide tension and energy.
