Appearances can be deceiving. Here it is not two brothers, but two sisters who are in charge.

Laurence and Estelle offer us a dive into the heart of the Côte de Bars. The estate's 8 hectares of vines only contain two grape varieties: Chardonnay and the unmissable Pinot Noir de l'Aube. These two varieties are assembled with talent to create a range of champagnes with character.
