The large (1.5 L) version of Les Sentes de Mareuil.
Fruity and powerful, this classic Marne Valley blend features Pinot Meunier.
The calling card of the domaine and its terroir.
As wine lovers know, Pinot Meunier is almost inseparable from the Marne Valley terroir and its clay soils. This grape variety is honored by the Harlin family, who offer a low dosage version of this must-have in their range.
The Pinot Meunier grape, both fruity and delicious, is complemented by a touch of Pinot Noir, which adds structure and length on the palate.
A large-format champagne (1.5 L), with each sip immersing us in the authenticity and unique nature of its terroir.
Aspect: Light and bright with rose-gold highlights.
Nose: The first nose is intense and greedy, then opens up to red fruits and ripe strawberries.
Palate: The first impression is creamy and greedy. The palate is broad and fruity, with flavors of strawberries and brandied cherries. The wine's freshness and texture accompany the effervescence right through to the finish, giving it a long finish.

Maxime and Guillaume Harlin offer us an authentic, parcel-based approach to their terroir.
The two brothers assert a style rooted in sustainable, peasant viticulture. Their champagnes boldly venture off the beaten path, renewing themselves each year according to the potential of the crus and terroirs. The only thread that binds them all together is the light ageing of the wines in barrel, which brings out the delicate complexity only found in great Champagne wines.
