With nearly 5,000 winegrowers, it may seem impossible to ever fully grasp the diversity of wines produced in Champagne.
Each year, we ourselves travel several thousand kilometers to meet the men and women who have made and will make the reputation of this vineyard like no other. Each of these meetings is a moment of sharing and a source of discovery for us, even after years of repeating this exercise.

After so many years and so many selected champagnes, it is sometimes difficult for you to make your choice. How can you be sure that one cuvée rather than another will be to your liking?
