An intense and precise rosé de saignée, where fruit meets finesse.

With this Rosé cuvée, Virginie Bergeronneau offers a demanding interpretation of Champagne rosé, favoring the saignée method to gain intensity and precision.

The blend is based on a majority of Meunier, complemented by Pinot Noir, from Premier Cru terroirs of the Montagne de Reims, in Ville-Dommange. This choice results in a wine that is generous, structured and expressive, where fruit is at the heart of the profile.

Vinification by maceration allows for natural extraction of color and aromas, without the addition of red wine, giving rise to a rosé that is deeper and more distinctive. Aging in stainless steel tanks aims to preserve the purity of the fruit and the freshness of the wine.

The extra brut dosage supports this balance, maintaining a precise style without heaviness. Aging on lees for at least 15 months refines the texture and harmonizes the whole.

Within the range, this cuvée clearly stands out: more intense and more structured than a classic rosé, it is aimed at enthusiasts seeking a Champagne rosé with depth and character.

An ideal champagne for the aperitif, but also with grilled dishes, white meats or lightly spiced dishes.
