A mature and generous Grand Cru vintage, shaped by time and the richness of the fruit.

This 2016 vintage stands out with a more mature and accomplished style than the other cuvées of the estate. Here, the goal is not immediate freshness, but complexity, depth and tasting pleasure.

Made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this Grand Cru Champagne by Juliette Rousseaux highlights a balance between freshness and richness. The 2016 vintage, marked by a contrasting year, results in a wine that is both ripe and balanced, with depth and excellent aging potential.

The long aging of 8 years on the lees is key: it brings a smoother texture, marked aromatic complexity and a more evolved profile, with pastry and dried fruit notes.

The Brut dosage supports this natural richness without adding weight, maintaining tension on the finish.

Within the range, this cuvée clearly stands as the most accomplished: more mature, fuller and more tasting-oriented than the other Champagnes of the estate.

A Champagne designed for tasting moments or the end of a meal, especially with fruit-based desserts such as apricot tart.

VERZENAY - Montagne de Reims

Champagne Olivier Rousseaux

Behind the name Olivier Rousseaux, it is today Juliette who imprints the style of the estate, with a precise and thoughtful approach to Verzenay.

Her journey between Champagne, Rioja and Canada is felt in the wines: a more modern, more assertive interpretation in Grand Cru from the north of the Montagne de Reims, where tension and freshness take precedence over the demonstration of power.

The estate stands out for a coherent and readable range, controlled dosages and a real gastronomic orientation. Straight, structured champagnes, designed for the table, which move away from more consensual profiles.
