Our winemaker surprises us with this unexpected Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) from the Marne Valley, renowned for its Blanc de Noirs (Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir).

This refined and elegant champagne reveals a more generous palate than its cousins from the Côte des Blancs.

This fresh and delicate champagne will perfectly fit your summer aperitifs or accompany fish-based appetizers.


Terroir: Marne Valley

Grape Varieties: 100% Chardonnay

Dosage: 7.5 grams per liter

Aging: Minimum 5 years in the cellar

Serving Temperature: 8°C

Food and Wine Pairing: Ideal for accompanying the aperitif, Blanc de Blancs also pairs well with seafood, whether it's lobster with pear or an assortment of sushi.

Aspect: Bright golden yellow robe with a beautiful mousse.

Nose: Very light with citrus aromas, particularly grapefruit. Hints of white flowers such as hawthorn and acacia.

Palate: Progressive, all in finesse, with a very nice balance and a generously aromatic finish
