Albert Beerens' signature cuvee is a structured and elegant champagne that is perfect as an aperitif or served with grilled fish/roasted white meats.
This cuvee is made up of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier. It's a special blend of 50% base wines (2015, 2014, 2013 harvests) and 50% reserve wines aged in casks following the Solera method (35%) and in vats (15%).
As for tasting, it has a creamy attack with notes of pastries, toast, gingerbread, ripe pears and dried fruits (caused by the wood).

Founded in 1862in the heart of the Côte des Bar, the Albert Beerens Champagne has been making its wines according to family traditions ever since. The vineyard of this Champagne House now extends over 7 hectares spread over 5 of the largest wine-growing villages in the Aube.
Albert Beerens Champagne cultivates the three most recognized Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. However, the family also cultivates another grape variety that has become extremely rare in Champagne, the Pinot Blanc. This white grape variety allows Albert Beerens to produce champagnes with a complex and unique aromatic bouquet.
