A dense and indulgent Blanc de Noirs, driven by the full generosity of Meunier.

The Milieu Naturel cuvée from Champagne Dérot-Delugny fully expresses the identity of Meunier, the emblematic grape of the Vallée de la Marne. Crafted exclusively from Meunier, this cuvée embraces a broad and comforting style, faithful to both its terroir and the estate’s philosophy.

The blend relies on a majority of first-press wines, bringing depth and aromatic continuity. Malolactic fermentation is carried out, encouraging a supple texture and a gourmand expression of the wine. After three years of ageing, Milieu Naturel reveals a complete profile, immediately appealing.

With Brut dosage, this cuvée privileges roundness and richness without excess.

A family estate based in Crouttes-sur-Marne, Dérot-Delugny has cultivated for generations an artisanal approach focused on enhancing Meunier and expressing the sincerity of the Vallée de la Marne. The domaine works its parcels with precision and favours patient ageing in order to preserve the wine’s natural balance. Milieu Naturel perfectly illustrates this identity: a straightforward, generous Champagne faithful to its terroir.

A Champagne made for the table, ideal alongside generous dishes and characterful cuisine.
