Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this Premier Cru Champagne is based on a blend including around 30% reserve wines, bringing consistency and complexity over the years. It is a classic approach, true to the Champagne spirit, focused above all on balance and consistency.

Vinification in stainless steel tanks preserves all the freshness of the fruit. Ageing for 24 months on the lees refines the texture and adds a light touch of complexity, while retaining beautiful vibrancy.
