The Rosé cuvée from Champagne Barthélémy-Pinot is crafted using the traditional rosé d’assemblage method, which involves adding a small proportion of red wine (Pinot Noir) to the blend.

The base wine is built on a blend dominated by Pinot Meunier, which brings roundness and fruitiness, complemented by Chardonnay for freshness and a touch of Pinot Noir vinified as red wine, providing colour and enhancing red fruit aromas.

After four years of ageing in the cellar, the wine develops a fine complexity while maintaining a generous and approachable style.

The result is an expressive and generous rosé Champagne, marked by red fruit notes and a smooth texture on the palate. A convivial cuvée, designed to accompany both aperitifs with friends and meals.
