Les Echalats Rosé cuvée by Néret Vély is fresh, expressive and frank.

Made from old Pinot Meunier vines planted in Festigny, in the Marne Valley, this Rosé de Saignée champagne was aged for 24 months in the cellar and dosed with 4g/l of sugar before being offered for tasting.

Les Echalats Rosé cuvée is a powerful and vinous wine. It reveals from the very first moments aromas of cherry, currant, rose and citrus peel. After a brief airing, it will surprise you with its rarer notes of tarragon, iodine and fresh leather.

On the palate, it is fresh and fleshy. It develops notes of raspberries, strawberries and mandarins. The finish will seduce you with its length and lightness.

As a gourmet champagne, this cuvée will be a perfect accompaniment to raw fish (carpaccio or sushi) or a beef tartar. It will also accompany you with the same pleasure during your gourmet aperitifs!

Aspect: blood orange dress. Extremely fine effervescence feeding a thin bead on the surface.

Nose: the nose is frank and expressive. Aromas of cherry, currant, rose and citrus zest. Airing brings it to rarer notes of tarragon, iodine and fresh leather.

Palate: fresh attack, fleshy while remaining alert thanks to its beautiful acidity. We enjoy beautiful aromas of raspberry, strawberry and mandarin. The finish is long and aromatic with a nice feeling of purity.

About Chammpagne Néret Vély

The Néret family is a real UFO in the Champagne landscape. And for good reason: in the 1980s, the Néret family were dairy farmers and accountants!

But the desire was there and, little by little, the family built up a vineyard with little means but an enormous amount of work. It is with great pride that Carole Néret took over the reins of the business founded by her parents.

Today, she produces champagnes that reflect the family's image and history: atypical and with a strong personality, but always for your greatest pleasure.
