La Futée cuvée by Néret Vély is woody and structured.
Made from Chardonnay, this champagne has benefited from vinification and maturation in oak barrels.
This wine reveals an intense nose with floral and lemongrass notes. On the palate, it reveals a concentrated and silky texture accompanied by flavours of grapefruit and vanilla.
The very low sugar content of this Blanc de Noirs champagne (2g/l) allows it to express all the elegance and aromatic complexity brought by the barrel vinification.
A cuvée to be enjoyed as an aperitif or to savour with fish or shellfish meals.
Aspect: exemplary liveliness with the finest effervescence.
Nose: intense opens with floral, lemongrass and pear brandy notes.
Palate: concentrated and silky texture highlights the limestone character of this cuvée. There is also a scent of grapefruit and vanilla.

The Néret family is a real UFO in the Champagne landscape. And for good reason: in the 1980s, the Néret family were dairy farmers and accountants!
But the desire was there and, little by little, the family built up a vineyard with little means but an enormous amount of work. It is with great pride that Carole Néret took over the reins of the business founded by her parents.
Today, she produces champagnes that reflect the family's image and history: atypical and with a strong personality, but always for your greatest pleasure.
