"Ode à la vie" Blanc de Noirs cuvée by Néret Vély is fruity and tasty.
A blend of Pinot Meunier (88%) and Pinot Noir (12%), this champagne has benefited from 3 to 4 years of cellar ageing before being offered to you for tasting.
The Brut dosage of this Blanc de Noirs (7 g/l) makes it a champagne for every occasions. Both fruity and greedy, you will be seduced by the lemon, hazelnut and white flower aromas of this wine. On the palate, it is lively and light.
A gourmet champagne to share with friends as an aperitif!
Aspect: fine bubbles and a pale gold color with straw reflections.
Nose: beautiful fruity expression with notes of citrus (lemon) and dried fruit (hazelnuts) complemented by nuances of white flowers (orange blossom, acacia).
Palate: liveliness and lightness with crunchy fruitiness.

To be fair, I ordered this champagne for it's fancy label. In the end, it happened to be my favourite. Quite fruity and at the same time fresh.

The Néret family is a real UFO in the Champagne landscape. And for good reason: in the 1980s, the Néret family were dairy farmers and accountants!
But the desire was there and, little by little, the family built up a vineyard with little means but an enormous amount of work. It is with great pride that Carole Néret took over the reins of the business founded by her parents.
Today, she produces champagnes that reflect the family's image and history: atypical and with a strong personality, but always for your greatest pleasure.
