A champagne for lovers of complex and structured Blanc de Blancs.

This emblematic cuvée of the house is made from the oldest vines of the estate. Older than 60 years, these old Chardonnay vines bring complexity and aromatic richness to this champagne for laying down.

The minimum ageing period of 5 years gives this cuvée all the complexity that one expects from a vintage champagne. The Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs brings the typical tension and minerality of this terroir. The malolactic fermentation, partially carried out (50%), softens this wine and gives it a perfect balance between freshness and structure.

While retaining its freshness, the palate of this extra brut champagne (5 g/l) has a beautiful length with notes of citrus fruit.

A great vintage not to be missed.
