The Brut Nature "Verzenay" is a very tense champagne that develops the full potential of the Pinot Noirs from the northern part of the Montagne de Reims.
The Verzenay terroir is renowned for the freshness and delicacy of its Pinot Noirs.
The stainless steel maturing process has enabled us to preserve all the originality of this terroir, which is remarkable for its minerality and natural freshness. For the same reasons, the cellar master has also chosen to block the malolactic fermentation completely.
This Brut Nature "Verzenay" Grand Cru has been aged between 4 and 5 years in the cellars of the House before being offered to you for tasting.
A magnificent Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru champagne, remarkable for its immense finesse and intensity!
Aspect: fine bubbles.
Nose: vivacity and fruity notes.
Palate: with a lot of finesse and tension. The low level of natural sugars allows you to appreciate all the mineral and salivating identity of this Grand Cru de Verzenay.

This family-run champagne house is a subtle blend of trade and winemaking philosophy..
Based in Épernay, it produces a range of champagnes that honours the diversity and quality of the Champagne terroirs.
Since his arrival at the estate in 2017, Thomas Lombard has been promoting a new vision of the trade, closer to the winegrowers and enhancing their work through single-crop and plot-based champagnes.
