Champagne Lombard - Brut Nature Grand Cru

Comment

The Brut Nature Grand Cru is a fine and powerful champagne.

It combines the tension and natural finesse of the Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs with the power of the Pinots Noirs from the Montagne de Reims.

The partial ageing of the wines in barrels allows the subtlety of these great Grand Cru terroirs to be revealed. The resulting micro oxidation brings complexity and a beautiful aromatic depth.

Malolactic fermentation has been blocked for 80% of the wines making up this champagne in order to give it tension and energy.

This Brut Nature Grand Cru has been aged for 4 to 5 years in the cellars of the House before being offered to you.

A remarkably well-balanced champagne, which will seduce you with its delicate combination of finesse and power!

Aspect: a fine string of bubbles.

Nose: great freshness and primary aromas of white fruits.

Palate: a lively attack followed by an ample and fruity mouth.

Contains sulfites

About champagne Lombard

This family-run champagne house is a subtle blend of trade and winemaking philosophy..

Based in Épernay, it produces a range of champagnes that honours the diversity and quality of the Champagne terroirs.

Since his arrival at the estate in 2017, Thomas Lombard has been promoting a new vision of the trade, closer to the winegrowers and enhancing their work through single-crop and plot-based champagnes.
