This champagne is made from grapes from one of the most emblematic villages of the Côte des Blancs. The wines of Chouilly have an inimitable finesse and elegance!
The purity of the Chouilly terroir has been preserved by maturing in stainless steel. This Brut Nature champagne is an unclaimed vintage, only the wines of the year have been used.
The cellar master has chosen to block malolactic fermentation completely in order to bring out the tension and energy of the wine.

This family-run champagne house is a subtle blend of trade and winemaking philosophy..
Based in Épernay, it produces a range of champagnes that honours the diversity and quality of the Champagne terroirs.
Since his arrival at the estate in 2017, Thomas Lombard has been promoting a new vision of the trade, closer to the winegrowers and enhancing their work through single-crop and plot-based champagnes.
