This Premier Cru champagne combines aromatic richness and great freshness.
This vintage is made from a blend of Pinot Noirs from 5 terroirs classified as Premier Cru (Chigny-les-Roses, Rilly-la-Montagne, Ludes, Sermiers and Cumières).
This champagne is a blend of wines aged in stainless steel tanks (60%) and oak barrels (40%). This combination allows us to obtain a very nice balance between the freshness brought by the stainless steel tank and the greedy patina characteristic of the barrel.
This Blanc de Noirs has been aged for 3 to 4 years in the cellars of the House before being offered to you.
The result is a low dosage champagne (4 gl/l), remarkable for its finesse, elegance and toasted notes.
The ideal companion for your aperitifs. It will be the perfect accompaniment to white meat or shellfish!
Aspect: delicate string of fine bubbles.
Nose: fruit and spices.
Palate: mineral aromas, great freshness and delicate toasted aromas.

This family-run champagne house is a subtle blend of trade and winemaking philosophy..
Based in Épernay, it produces a range of champagnes that honours the diversity and quality of the Champagne terroirs.
Since his arrival at the estate in 2017, Thomas Lombard has been promoting a new vision of the trade, closer to the winegrowers and enhancing their work through single-crop and plot-based champagnes.
