The Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru "Les Bauves" is a champagne that combines mineral power and great aromatic concentration.
This champagne is made from the only Grand Cru plot called "Les Bauves". This vineyard of Chardonnays implanted in Cramant impregnates this wine with a very great freshness.
This Blanc de Blancs was vinified in stainless steel vats, then aged in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months with light stirring. The cellar master chose to block malolactic fermentation in order to bring out the tension and energy of the Côte des Blancs terroir.
This Brut Nature Grand Cru de la Côte des Blancs has been aged between 4 and 5 years in the cellars of the House before being offered for tasting. No sugar has been added to this naturally perfectly balanced champagne.
A superb Blanc de Blancs to be reserved for connoisseurs!
To be enjoyed on its own, as an aperitif or with noble fish and shellfish.
Aspect: fine bubbles.
Nose: fresh, very fine, opening with aromas of sweet spices and white flowers.
Palate: frank attack, we find a beautiful tension characteristic of the wines of Cramant. The end of the mouth is on the fruit with a beautiful complexity.

This family-run champagne house is a subtle blend of trade and winemaking philosophy..
Based in Épernay, it produces a range of champagnes that honours the diversity and quality of the Champagne terroirs.
Since his arrival at the estate in 2017, Thomas Lombard has been promoting a new vision of the trade, closer to the winegrowers and enhancing their work through single-crop and plot-based champagnes.
