A Blanc de blancs Grand Cru aged in barrels, both opulent and fresh, where the finesse of the Chardonnay takes on an unexpected dimension.

Lovers of exceptional Blanc de blancs be advised!

This 100% Chardonnay is made from Chardonnays from the village of Tours-sur-Marne (Grand Cru).
The wines used in this cuvée have been aged in oak barrels to develop their complexity.

Surprising for a Blanc de blancs, this champagne has a strong character. The finesse and natural freshness of the Chardonnay are enhanced by the fact that it has been aged in oak to give it substance. The palate is vanilla-flavoured, opulent and the finish is carried by an Extra-Brut dosage which gives way to a beautiful freshness.
A striking cuvée full of surprises.

Champagne Stephane Hardy

There was a time when the fields mattered more than the vines in Champagne and the Hardy house could have never existed.

Today, Stéphane Hardy, who defines himself as "a minimalist peasant", still wears both hats: winemaker in the morning, and farmer in the afternoon. A true connoisseur of his terroir, this committed advocate of organic farming converted all his fields and vines to organic methods in 2012.

The style of the house?

Champagnes dominated by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, blended with reserve wines aged in oak barrels for more complexity and substance.
