Champagne Gaudriller - Rose Grand Cru
This Grand Cru rosé is a gourmet champagne with cherry and blackberry aromas.
It is made from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 10% red Champagne coteaux (still wine vinified by our winemaker). It has benefited from a long ageing period of 4 years in the cellar before being offered to you for tasting.
This rosé will surprise you by the power of its red fruit aromas which would make it look like a rosé de saignée. Its very low dosage (2 g/l) gives it a very nice freshness on the palate, indispensable for gourmet rosés.
A very elegant champagne, perfect for a country aperitif!
Aspect: coppery, salmon-coloured pink.
Nose: cherry aromas, very present on the nose.
Palate: cherry flavour, great elegance, and a hint of wild blackberries.
