This Grand Cru de Louvois is a fruity, ripe champagne.
It is made from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of this terroir, and 30% Chardonnay. These two grape varieties give this wine fruity aromas as well as a certain power (Pinot), and finesse (Chardonnay).
This cuvée has been vinified entirely in vats in order to preserve the typicality of these two grape varieties.
The result is a sweet champagne with highly developed aromas. It is distinguished by the power of its blackberry and candied fruit notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and has a beautiful maturity.
A very fine champagne for your gourmet moments!
Aspect: golden yellow, slightly amber, with a beautiful effervescence.
Nose: relatively powerful blackberry and ripe, candied fruit.
Palate: generous, revealing candied apricot and ripe grape flavours.
