The Croix Maître Anne cuvée by Bardiau is a gastronomic champagne, to be reserved for your finest moments.
This 100% Chardonnay is made from a single parcel of land called "Croix Maître Anne". It is therefore a terroir champagne blessed with its own identity.
A high-quality parcel champagne, Croix Maître Anne reveals its elegance through bubbles and minerality. This Blanc de Blancs champagne derives its originality from its limestone soil which gives it iodine and mineral notes. This natural richness has been enhanced by vinification in stainless steel tanks (60%) and in oak barrels (40%).
The Croix Maître Anne cuvée will delight connoisseurs of great champagnes. The light extra brut dosage (4g/L) brings a gourmet touch.
Bubbles, distinction and finesse, what more can one ask for?

Bardiau Champagne is a family estate of 2.60 ha located in Verpillières sur Ource, in the south of the Côte des Bar.
This champagne family has been cultivating the vines for five generations. Jérémy Bardiau realized the singularity of his terroir in 2015 and started to vinify his grapes and create his own brand. This is how Champagne Bardiau was born, a modern Champagne House focused on excellence that values the diversity, quality and expression of its terroirs.
The vineyards of the estate, with their multiple terroirs, exposures and grape varieties, allow this artisan winemaker to produce wines of great complexity with an exceptional range of aromas.
