Lovers of fruity and powerful champagnes, this cuvée is made for you!
The Besace cuvée reveals all the potential of Pinot Noir: power, complexity and intensity.
The bubbles of this champagne carry the aromas of red fruits, supported by a magnificent freshness. The vinification in Burgundy barrels and the 40 months ageing on laths bring volume in the mouth, an unusual sensation for a champagne.
This is accompanied by delicate notes of candied fruit and brioche conveyed by an extra brut dosage (1g/L) providing a very nice freshness.
A pure gastronomic champagne!
To be enjoyed with a piece of beef in green pepper sauce or to accompany a cheese platter. To be served at a temperature of 11°C.

Bardiau Champagne is a family estate of 2.60 ha located in Verpillières sur Ource, in the south of the Côte des Bar.
This champagne family has been cultivating the vines for five generations. Jérémy Bardiau realized the singularity of his terroir in 2015 and started to vinify his grapes and create his own brand. This is how Champagne Bardiau was born, a modern Champagne House focused on excellence that values the diversity, quality and expression of its terroirs.
The vineyards of the estate, with their multiple terroirs, exposures and grape varieties, allow this artisan winemaker to produce wines of great complexity with an exceptional range of aromas.
