This Blanc de Blancs signed by Bernard Robert is an elegant and gourmet champagne.

It is made from a selection of noble plots of Chardonnay that are particularly suited to the production of a champagne for laying down.

It benefited from 5 years of cellar ageing which gives it a structure that will seduce wine lovers.

This brut champagne (8 g/l) is distinguished by its harmony and the variety of its aromas. It is fresh and floral as only the Blanc de Blancs know how. It has a long finish.

A gastronomic champagne!

Designed for fine aperitifs, this champagne will also accompany foie gras, lobster gratin or scallops. Its nice concentration will also allow you to serve it with white meats, grilled fish or light game.

Aspect: golden, brilliant.

Nose: elegant, greedy, vanilla notes, strawberry, hint of citrus fruit, full and silky aromas.

Palate: harmonious, fresh attack, good structure, fine, round with lemony notes on the finish.

Grandissima eleganza e complessità. Un champagne che evolve col passare del tempo all'interno del bicchiere, mostrando nuove sfacettature e sentori. Perfetto con primi di pesce o da meditazione.

About champagne Bernard Robert

This family house is located in the least known terroir of Champagne: the Côte des Bar. This region, which borders on Burgundy, is renowned for the very high quality of its Pinot Noirs.

The champagnes produced by the Bernard Robert family stand out not only due to the typicality of their aromas, but also the subtle use of an extremely rare grape variety in Champagne: Pinot Blanc.
