Blanc de Blancs Champagne is made of 100% Chardonnay from the Courmas and Saint-Lumier terroirs in Champagne.
The Champagne is produced from a single year harvest, the year 2013, considered to be one of the most outstanding vintages of the Champagne region. The climatic conditions were favorable for the vines, particularly for the Chardonnay, which turned out to be of exceptional quality.
This Blanc de Blancs Champagne is the perfect choice to accompany delicate seafood dishes (fish, scallops).
Aspect: Light yellow with pearl grey reflections, fine bubbles
Nose: Very fine, elegant and fresh. Buttery aromas, exotic fruits (Pineapple)
Palate: Delicious attack, fine quality. Slightly short but very pleasant finish.
