Blanc de Blancs Champagne is made of 100% Chardonnay from the Courmas and Saint-Lumier terroirs in Champagne.
This champagne by xavier Alexandre develops all the complexity that one can expect from a vintage. The nose opens with woody and buttery aromas before giving way to notes of yellow fruits and vanilla. The mouth is tense despite the long years of aging and develops all the aromatic richness announced by the nose.
This Blanc de Blancs champagne will go perfectly with delicate appetizers and iodized dishes (fish, scallops).
