The Rubis Cuvee from the Xavier Alexandre House is a rosé champagne whose grapes come from the Premier Cru terroirs of Champillon, Dizy, Ville-Dommange and Coulommes-la-Montagne.
The Rubis Cuvee is a blend of 35% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay. It is aged in the cellar for 7 to 8 years.
This bold and sweet champagne is best enjoyed with white meat, small game or a red fruit dessert.
