Comment

To be shared by two or for pleasure, the half bottle of champagne is ideal for champagne enthusiasts who are not able to cope with the 75cl of a traditional bottle.

Amateurs of power and floral notes, this champagne is made for you.

This organic cuvée is made from 75% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier from the vineyards of Tours-sur-Marne (Grand Cru), Verzy (Grand Cru) and Trépail (Premier Cru).

This champagne is blended with some reserve wines aged in oak barrels for more complexity.

The brut dosage of this cuvée (6.5 g/l) gives a fine and elegant texture. The aromas are sweet, powerful and floral, with a hint of exotic fruit.

An excellent price-pleasure ratio for this organic champagne to be shared with friends!

About champagne Stéphane Hardy

There was a time when the fields mattered more than the vines in Champagne and the Hardy house could have never existed.

Today, Stéphane Hardy, who defines himself as "a minimalist peasant", still wears both hats: winemaker in the morning, and farmer in the afternoon. A true connoisseur of his terroir, this committed advocate of organic farming converted all his fields and vines to organic methods in 2012.

The style of the house?

Champagnes dominated by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, blended with reserve wines aged in oak barrels for more complexity and substance.
