A natural champagne, the Bioriginel signed Hardy is a champagne that combines freshness and vinosity with elegance.
This organic cuvée is made with 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from the 2016 harvest of the vineyards of Tours-sur-Marne (Grand Cru), Verzy (Grand Cru), and Trépail (Premier Cru).
This champagne is blended with 20% reserve wines aged in oak barrels for more complexity. In order to preserve its aromas, this champagne has not been filtered or chilled.
The Bioriginel cuvée is carried by a beautiful natural acidity and a long finish of fresh fruit.
The long ageing period of 48 months brings a beautiful maturity to this champagne, balanced by the lack of dosage on this brut nature (0 g/l).
A cuvée to be reserved for lovers of lively and expressive champagnes.
This cuvée has an extremely low level of sulphites (less than 10 mg/l).

There was a time when the fields mattered more than the vines in Champagne and the Hardy house could have never existed.
Today, Stéphane Hardy, who defines himself as "a minimalist peasant", still wears both hats: winemaker in the morning, and farmer in the afternoon. A true connoisseur of his terroir, this committed advocate of organic farming converted all his fields and vines to organic methods in 2012.
The style of the house?
Champagnes dominated by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, blended with reserve wines aged in oak barrels for more complexity and substance.
