Comment

The Simart Moreau Brut Nature cuvee is an exceptional Champagne, produced from the Chouilly Grand Cru classified vines.

This is a tasting Champagne that combines 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir, from the 2014 and 2015 harvests.

Aged for 4 years, this Champagne has been vinified in a traditional way. This cuvee is a brut zero Champagne, which means that no sugar has been added during its blending. This particularity makes it an authentic Champagne with unique aromas.

The Brut Nature Simart Moreau Champagne is a subtle and airy cuvee that expresses all the aromatic potential of the Côte des Blancs terroir.

"This is a cuvee that opens up new perspectives for Simart Moreau Champagne."

Aspect: The color is a beautiful pale and clear gold.

Nose: The nose has an intense bouquet mixing sweet flowers and yellow fruits.

Palate: The attack is both broad and light. It is soft at first, almost spherical, then curls up and lines the palate. It is then supported by a refined freshness. The finish is carried by zesty and woody spicy aromas.

About the Simart Moreau Champagne.

About the Simart Moreau Champagne. The Simart Moreau Champagne is above all a guarantee of quality and commitment. For 4 generations, the family's winegrowers have been taking care of the 4.7 hectares of vines scattered throughout the Grand Cru terroir of the Côte des Blancs.

It is with passion and enthusiasm that Pascal and his son, Jean-Philippe, develop and blend their Champagne in accordance with family traditions. This respect goes hand in hand with a constant search for new flavors to enhance the aromas of their champagne.

Thus was born the House's last cuvee, the Brut Nature Champagne. This champagne is the result of 7 years of blending and aromatic research, embodying all the know-how of this family of winegrowers.
