Customer reviews

The Simart Moreau Selection vinatge is a Grand Cru champagne that seduces with its delicacy and refinement. It is perfect as an aperitif or served as a wine of honor.

This Selection cuvee is made from 50% of the 2013 harvest and 50% of the 2014 harvest, with a high proportion of Chardonnay (75%), supplemented by Pinot Noir (25%) for finesse and fruitiness.

All Simart Moreau Champagnes are aged for a minimum of 36 months in the cellar before being sold, a sign of quality.

This is a wonderful Grand Cru Champagne that will seduce the most demanding connoisseurs!

Aspect: pale yellow color, fine bubbles.

Nose: a discreet nose, combining purity and refinement

Palate: a beautiful roundness of yellow and white fruits and a touch of pineapple

About the Simart Moreau Champagne.

The Simart Moreau Champagne is above all a passion for the vine. For 4 generations, the family's winegrowers have succeeded each other taking care of the 4.7 hectares of the Grand Cru classified estate, the highest distinction for a champagne vine.

Since 1974, this family business has been using its grapes to make its own Champagne. Since then, pressing has been carried out using a traditional press. The obtained juices are carefully preserved in the estate's vat room and benefit from an exceptionally long ageing period of 36 months.

Today, Pascal and his son Jean-Philippe are the ones who produce and assemble Simart Moreau Champagnes according to the family tradition.
