The Crayères Simart Moreau cuvee is a “Blanc de blancs” champagne with a refined taste. This vintage cuvee comes from the 2010 harvest.

This Champagne is made from 100% Chardonnay vines located in the prestigious village of Grand Cru de Chouilly.

This vintage was rewarded for its extraordinary quality with the Gold Medal at «Concours Général Agricole de Paris. » (the General Agricultural Competition in Paris)

A wonderful vintage champagne to be consumed immediately or to be aged!

Aspect: golden yellow color, very fine bubbles.

Nose: slightly fruity.

Palate: a gourmet mouth with spicy notes.
