The Ratafia signed Sadi Malot is a rich and fleshy wine with red fruit aromas.
This traditional Champagne spirit is obtained by macerating the Pinot Noirs in vats and adding a neutral alcohol. It is then aged in Cognac barrels for a minimum of 18 months.
Ratafia rouge signed Sadi Malot is a very expressive and fruity aperitif wine (18°). You will be surprised by the intensity of its red fruit and grape notes. In the mouth, it is fleshy and rich. The fruity aromas are mixed with notes of chocolate and fruit in brandy.
This traditional Champagne wine will be wonderful as an aperitif, but also with soft cheeses, pan-fried foie gras or simply served as a dessert.
A treat for the palate and the eyes!
Nose: very expressive and fruity (red fruits, grapes) and alcohol.
Palate: fleshy and rich, we find notes of chocolates and fruit eau de vie.
