The 50B / 50N vintage signed Sadi Malot is a supple and unctuous champagne with white fruit aromas.
A blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, this champagne is made in equal parts from wines of the year and wines from a solera started in 1982.
This method allows the old wine (30% renewed each year) to educate the young.
The result is a Brut Champagne (9g/l) that is both supple and unctuous, but still tonic and with a nice acidity. On the nose, you will be charmed by the aromas of white fruits and sweet flowers of this Premier Cru champagne.
A real champagne for all occasions to share with friends!
Aspect: the effervescence is generous on a white effusive foam. The colour is reminiscent of white gold, acrobatically generous and subtle.
Nose: carried by white fruits, breadcrumbs and sweet flowers.
Palate: supple and unctuous while remaining tonic and acidic.
