Champagne Poirot - Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru

This cuvée is a typical Côte des Blancs champagne: fresh, direct and mineral.

It is a blend of ⅔ of wine of the year and ⅓ of reserve wine, which brings structure to this champagne.

The extra-brut dosage of this cuvée (4 g/l) allows the full finesse of the characteristic aromas of this 100% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs to be brought out.

Malolactic fermentation was carried out by our winemaker to soften the natural acidity of the wine.

This is a champagne that will seduce you with its fine nose and its aromatic profile, both direct and fresh.

A 100% Chardonnay, as only the Côte des Blancs can produce!

We particularly recommend it as an aperitif or to accompany your iodised dishes.

Aspect: pale yellow, with a beautiful string of bubbles.

Nose: discreet citrus fruit, green apple and white flower aromas.

Palate: fresh and direct with some minerality.

Contains sulfites

The best I never tried. This champagne is dry and give a beautiful sensation till the last drop

Si sente tutta la freschezza del Vertus. Talmente in fase che si poteva anche evitare la dosatura di 4. Per me non ne ha bisogno e questo è un grande lusso.
