A true jewel among the Pierson Cuvelier range, this Blanc de Noirs (100% Pinot Noir) is a powerful and generous champagne which fully embodies the grand cru terroir of the village of Louvois.
This vintage champagne exclusively comes from the 2018 harvest and has therefore been aged for five years. In order to give more complexity to this vintage, Pierson Cuvelier chose to vinify its wine for a one-year in oak casks.
The dosage of this cuvee is low, around 5g of sugar per liter.
A vintage champagne combining power and generosity.
Aspect: light color, fine bubbles
Nose: fruity
Palate: powerful and generous
Contains sulfites
