By skillfully blending the finesse of chardonnay with the intensity of body champagnes, L'ambitieuse Pertois Lebrun cuvee is an invitation to an authentic moments of delight and enjoyment.

The low dosage of this “blanc de blancs” extra brut Champagne(5g of sugar), makes it possible to take full advantage of all the qualities of this wine, as well as its beautiful minerality.

Like all Pertois Lebrun champagnes, this cuvee uses the best wines of the Côte des Blancs from the Grands Crus villages of Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, and Chouilly. All operate under sustainable viticulture.

In order to perfect this blanc de blancs Champagne, this Grand Cru cuvee is aged for a minimum of 6 years on slats, giving it wonderful maturity...

A future Champagne reference!

Aspect: Pale gold color with strong light yellow reflections, luminous and fluid aspect, lively effervescence of fine bubbles, persistent cordon

Nose: Fine citrus notes evolving towards pastry, almond milk, fresh butter, hazelnut, and ripe fruit, almost stewed.

Palate: Both full and lively with a melted effervescence, it reveals a fine balance between a stirring lemony acidity and a chalky minerality of seductive tenderness. Long-lasting and harmonious length, finely iodized and saline

About Pertois Lebrun champagne.

The family's know-how has been passed down from generation to generation for over 100 years. Today, two brothers, Clément and Antoine, perpetuate the know-how and traditions of the Pertois Lebrun champagne.

With 9 hectares of vines exclusively cultivated in Chardonnay, the two brothers have been able to enhance the heritage of the Pertois Lebrun House. By using family blending techniques combined with sustainable viticulture, they have succeeded in restoring the prestige of the Pertois Lebrun blanc de blancs champagne. This new momentum has led to many changes on the estate's vines.

By favoring the aromatic concentration of grapes over quantity, Pertois Lebrun champagnes stand out by their gustatory identity.

The blanc de blancs Champagnes blended on the property also benefit from the minute attention paid to the health of the vines. This care for the vines combined with exceptional know-how makes this Champagne Grand Cru blanc de blancs one of the best new winegrower's champagne.
