The Cuvee Empreinte by Pascal Mazet is a Premier Cru champagne with a fine and fruity nose.
It is blended from Pinot Meunier (42%), Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Noir (28%) of which 55% comes from the year's harvest and 45% from the family's perpetual reserve (soléra).
The grapes used for this champagne blend come exclusively from the family's premier cru vines and have been selected for their ageing potential.
This champagne is not certified organic, as it has received a lot of attention in the cellar. The Cuvee Empreinte has been aged for 11 years, which explains the use of grapes dating from before the estate's organic conversion in 2012.
In terms of dosage, this cuvee brut has a sugar content of 7g per liter.

Sweet and fruity, this champagne is perfect as an aperitif and will appeal to all, from amateurs to connoisseurs.

Pascal Mazert champagne was created in 1981 following the marriage of Catherine, daughter of a Champagne winegrower, to the son of a farmer from the Reims mountains, Pascal Mazet.
Together, they founded a small family winery in the small village of Chigny-les-Roses in the heart of the Reims mountains.
