A more complex and assertive version than the Attrait Meunier vintage. The Pinot Meunier expresses itself here without complexes on its ripe and candied aromas.

Unclaimed vintage, oak barrel and single-varietal for this champagne which has potential, to say the least.

The Moussé brothers offer us here a Pinot Meunier treat with this single-plot champagne straight from the Marne valley (village of Cuchery).

A clever passage in oak barrels brings its share of complexity to this Pinot Meunier which is particularly conducive to an expression of ripe aromas. On the palate, this single grape variety reveals notes of honey, candied fruits and nuts characteristic of aging in oak barrels. The light Extra-Brut dosage of 1 g/L counterbalances the opulence of the wine and helps maintain freshness on the first attack on the palate.

A champagne for connoisseurs, to reserve for your finest aperitifs or to accompany light meats.

Aspect: Yellow with golden highlights.

Nose: Aromas of honey, candied fruit and nuts.

Palate: Roundness and lightness.

Contains sulfites

About Chammpagne Mathieu Nicolas

This family estate has been cultivating vines for generations at the heart of the Marne Valley.

It was in 2017, and after several years of honing their skills throughout the Champagne region, that Mathieu and Nicolas Moussé decided to return to the family estate.

Together, they decided to create a new range of champagnes reflecting their vision, both modern and respectful of their terroir.

Authentic products of their terroir, Mathieu Nicolas champagnes are wines of great quality and naturally marked by the fruity aromas characteristic of the Marne Valley.
