With their latest wine, "Les Plants de l'Eglise" (2020 unclaimed vintage), the Moussé brothers sublimate this delicate grape variety with a single-vineyard champagne made in stainless steel vats and then in barrels for 9 months.
The colour sparkles with golden reflections, the bubbles carry the gourmet and delicate aroma of the Meunier and the zero dosage affirms how neat the champagne is in the mouth. Notes of honey, candied fruit or nuts give the cuvée its roundness.
