The Artful Combination of Spirit and Place, Unveiled in a Citrusy and Indulgent Version.

A beautiful success where the freshness of citrus contrasts with a rich texture.

The perfect champagne with crustaceans, seafood, and hearty meals.

Guillaume Marteaux presents a blanc de blancs with a 1g/L dosage, perfectly balanced and ideal for any occasion, whether as an aperitif or with a meal.

Fine bubbles, a golden hue with slightly greenish reflections, a delicate and mineral nose, and flavors of indulgent, powerful, and delicate citrus will gently fill your mouth. The clay-limestone and sandy soils provide it with substance and body, all in finesse, without weighing it down. This complex Blanc de Blancs will elevate a fish with butter sauce, a dish of langoustines or oysters, or other seafood, white meat, or creamy veal. It also pairs very well with cheeses like an aged Comté, 18 to 24 months.

A reconciling champagne to delight your guests!

The history of the Marteaux Guillaume champagne

In Bonneil, in the Marne Valley, the Guillaume Marteaux estate brings a new wave to Champagne with its 8 hectares certified organic (Ecocert) since 2022 and biodynamic (Demeter) since 2023. While pinot meunier reigns, chardonnay and pinot noir also find their place to produce flavorful and complex champagnes that keep on gaining ground year after year.

A progression worth taking a closely look, given the sublime effervescence at Marteaux!
