The Champagne Tradition Brut from the House of Gratiot Pillière is a fresh and fruity gourmet wine blended from Pinot Meunier (68%), Chardonnay (28%) and Pinot Noir (4%).
It is made up of 52% of wines from the 2014 vintage and 48% of reserve wines. The contribution of these reserve wines ensures the regularity of the Tradition cuvees from one year to the next but also a beautiful complexity that expresses all the character of the terroir of the domain.
This fresh and delicate champagne is the ideal aperitif wine for all great events.
A very good value for money !
Aspect: straw gold with golden reflections and fine delicate bubbles.
Nose: generous on the fruits of the orchard at maturity. We find notes of mirabelle plum and pear, then come notes of peach and finally a certain sweetness brought by a little touch of fresh butter very lightly.
Palate: the attack in mouth is delicate and silky. The touch of bubbles is almost creamy. We find a harmony with the nose, on notes of juicy fruits and pastry. The mouth remains however fresh and shows a beautiful length.
