The 2014 Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs from the House Gratiot Pillière is distinguished by its maturity, freshness and complexity.
Made from grapes from old Chardonnay vines hand-harvested in 2014, this Brut Champagne (9g/l) was aged on lees for 78 months.
This complex Chardonnay at its maximum maturity is an excellent aperitif or early dinner wine, depending on your desires.
Aspect: pale gold color, tinged with green reflections, underlines the pretty bubbles dispersed in foam.
Nose: notes of white flowers, which complement a promising citrus nose.
Palate: soft sensation, subtly prolonged by a light lemony finish.
Contains sulfites
