Only grapes from the finest vines and the best terroirs of the estate have been selected to make up this vintage cuvée, blended from the three traditional Champenois grape varieties, Meunier (65%), Chardonnay (29%) and Pinot Noir (6%).
Representing only 10% of the Estate's production, and only produced in the greatest years, the Gratiot Pillière vintage cuvée is always a cuvée not to be missed under any circumstances !
Mainly an appetizer wine, this Brut Champagne (9g/l) will sublimate your characterful appetizers (foie gras toast with candied apricots, Comté and Mimolette cheese shavings (long maturation), diced caramelized salmon).
Aspect: crystalline with a coppery gold color characteristic of mature wines made from black grape varieties.
Nose: light, distinguished and sprinkled with zesty, citrus notes on a bed of white flowers.
Palate: characteristic of this vintage, which expresses a lovely freshness, light and pleasant persistence.

Today, Olivier & Sébastien Gratiot, representatives of the eleventh generation, manage 18 hectares of vines according to the principles of sustainable viticulture.
Their commitment to this approach has been consecrated by the VDC and HVE certifications, obtained during the last two harvests.
Subtle blends of Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from their different terroirs, from Charly-sur-Marne to Château-Thierry, Gratiot-Pillière champagnes are characterised by their balance, freshness and delicate fruitiness.
